Reservation Policies
IMPORTANT — Reservation Request (Pending / Pending Payment)
- Clicking “Book Now” creates a Reservation Request with status Pending / Pending Payment.
- Your stay is not confirmed until Quinta GALEON Lodge sends a written confirmation and payment is received within the deadline stated in our email.
- Clicking “Book Now” creates a Reservation Request with status Pending / Pending Payment.
- Quinta GALEON Lodge reviews availability and details and sends a Pre-Confirmation email with payment instructions (secure Payment Link and/or Bank Transfer).
- The reservation is considered Confirmed only after payment is received within the deadline stated in the confirmation email.
- If payment is not received within the indicated timeframe, the reservation request may be cancelled and the dates released.
- All lodging rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 13% VAT.
- Additional guests (3 years and older) are subject to an extra nightly charge.
- Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge; meals and additional services are charged separately.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. - Late check-out charges, past 11:00 am:
Up to 3 hours: USD $75
After 2:00 pm: one full night will be charged - Early departures and unused nights are non-refundable
- Pets are not allowed.
- Cooking is not permitted on the property.
- Quinta GALEON Lodge is a 100% smoke-free property.
- Smoking anywhere on the premises results in a USD $250 fine.
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted; a corkage fee applies.
- Services and meals not included in the reservation are charged separately.
- Respect for nature, facilities, and other guests is required at all times.
- 61 days or more before arrival:
Refund minus 20% of the total reservation. - 60–31 days before arrival:
Refund minus 50% of the total reservation. - Less than 30 days before arrival or no-show:
No refund. - Unpaid reservations are subject to the applicable cancellation charge, payable via a secure Payment Link or Bank Wire instructions provided by Quinta GALEON Lodge.
- Private transportation services may be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
- In the event of flight delays, specific waiting times and partial refund conditions apply, depending on the circumstances.
